These Terms & Conditions are important and govern your use of our website. We urge you to review them in full. When you use our website, it means that you agree to abide by the Terms outlined on this page. Co 4 You may without notice, amend the written Terms as published on this page and by using this site, you agree to abide by the amended Terms. If for any reason you do not agree with these Terms of use, please contact us to explain why and do not use this website until you agree to these Terms.

For the purposes of this page, ‘Co 4 You’ or ‘the website’ or ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means Co 4 You Pty Ltd ‘ASIC’ means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or ASIC.

Terms

Co 4 You does not operate as an accounting practice, law firm or financial planner in any way. We do not give advice in these areas of business and urge you to seek the services of a licenced accountant, lawyer or financial planner for accurate advice in these areas. You will hold the responsibility to provide accurate information when completing your online (or other) registration.

After submitting your order, any amendments, updates or changes to your order may not be possible unless accepted by the Co 4 You management team. Any amendments, updates or changes you request after submitting your order, will be deemed as billable at the discretion of the Co 4 You management team.

Co 4 You staff will make every reasonable effort to contact you and obtain the information and identification required to complete your order. If however after 30 days of submitting your order, you have not provided Co 4 You with the information and identification required to finalise your order and/or you have failed to contact Co 4 You staff for 30 days, we reserve the right to re-list your company for sale.

In the case where the company you purchased is sold and you contact us subsequent to the 30 day period, we will offer you a shelf company of a similar age where possible. Where it is not possible to provide you with a shelf company of the same age as the company you purchased, we will offer you a company as close as possible to the age of the company you originally purchased. Purchase of any shelf company means acceptance that no refund or recompense of any kind will be sought and no legal action, class suit or punitive measures of any type, will be taken against Co 4 You its management, staff and agents should you fail to contact our management or staff within 30 days of making your purchase.

Cancelling your order after submission is not possible. Delays in processing your order may be caused by ASIC systems issues, Co 4 You server or systems issues or other causes that are beyond our control. All clients who purchase a shelf company or shelf companies from Co 4 You who’s order or orders are delayed by the above factors, agree to fully indemnify Co 4 You, its management and staff from any form of litigation, lawsuit, class action, claim for refund or recompense of any kind.

Your company documents will be sent to you by email to the email address provided by you during the completion of your order, only after our office has received the signed director consent (signed by the new director of your company), use of address consent (signed by the new director of your company) the share application form (signed by the new shareholder(s), card holder consent (signed by the purchaser of the company) and suitable government issue, photo identification and for all parties and a photograph of each relevant party holding his or her government issued photo identification as instructed on our website. Where the new shareholder of the purchased company is another company, then a director of the company that will hold the shares, will act as the signatory on the application for shares. We reserve the right to delay the delivery of your company documents until we have received the signed consents, application for shares and appropriate photo identification as requested. Scanned, signed (in the manner outlined above) copies of the consents, application for shares and government issue photo identification are sufficient for the purpose of transferring ownership of the company you have purchased.

You agree that you will not under any circumstances make any changes to the ASIC company registers of any company or companies that are purchased by you, your staff or any agent acting on your behalf. If you or any employee or agent acting on your behalf, amend the ASIC registers of the purchased company without first obtaining written consent to do so from Co 4 You management, we reserve the right for our management and/or staff to change the details recorded on the ASIC registers of the company you have purchased back to those of the original officeholders who were appointed prior to the sale of the company and to continue to do so, until the signed consents, application for shares and suitable photo identification are received by our office.

Proof of Identity may be requested at any time, in particular if your order is flagged for manual review. The required identification will be government issued photo identification such as Australia Divers License, Passport from any Jurisdiction, Australian Proof of Age Card, International Driver Licence or other identification deemed satisfactory by Co 4 You management if the above documents are unavailable. In addition to government photo identification, Co 4 You management or staff may request a “selfie” or photograph of the individual who the identification is issued to, holding the identification so that the face and signature on the identification is clearly visible. Co 4 You entirely at its own discretion, may halt the processing of any related order until such evidence is produced.

Documentation provided for your company is to be used only for the purposes for which the company was ordered.
Copying or reproduction of the provided documents is only permitted for use in relation to transactions for which the company was ordered.

ABN (Australian Business Number) and TFN (Tax File Number) terms of registration

All companies listed on our website are ABN and TFN ready. This means that if required, you may apply for a company ABN and TFN subsequent to the transfer of your company, at your discretion. Co 4 You, its management and or staff will not, under any circumstances, register or apply for an ABN or TFN for any shelf company at any time.

Information Accuracy

All details and information provided during the order process is your responsibility. We are not required to check for errors or information which may be otherwise incorrect.

Any and all ASIC fees incurred subsequent to the sale of any shelf company, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Intellectual property rights

Any and all material on the Website such as domain names, names, text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos, buttons, icons, software, and other items, services, processes and technologies described on the Website are owned by Co 4 You, its suppliers, related bodies corporate or others who have licensed their material to Co 4 You.

Use of the Website

Use of the Website is granted to you with for the purposes of viewing and accessing the Material only for personal use. The Terms of use or the Website may NOT be construed as granting to you ownership of the Material or any proprietary right to the copyright, trademarks, patents or other intellectual property rights of Co 4 You, its related bodies corporate or any third party.

Whilst using the Website, you are issued with a non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable licence only under these Terms of use. Modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, any part of this website is prohibited in all forms.

You are in no way authorised to use any trade mark or service mark appearing on this Website without the prior written consent of Co 4 You or the owner of the trade mark. All forms on this site are to be completed manually and the use of any auto-complete or spider technology is prohibited, unless it is part of your standard software system designed to auto-fill repeated entries.

Queensland, Australia is the legal jurisdiction in which these terms are governed. These terms are interpreted in accordance with the current laws of the above jurisdiction. Payments

VISA or Mastercard credit card are the required upfront methods of payment for any employment of our services. Nevertheless, we may chose at any time to issue, a bill for said services with 7 day payment terms. If you do not make remuneration in full for this bill by the due date then we may chose at any time, without giving notice to:

  1. Add a delayed payment fee of $10 for each week the bill remains outstanding.
  2. Refer the bill to a collection agency. If your bill is referred to a collection agency a charge will be added to bring the bill to the least amount required by the agency and to also cover the fee charged to recoup the billed amount.

Refunds

Unless otherwise specified, Co 4 You will not offer a refund or credit on purchases made through this website unless required under Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. In cases where a refund is agreed to, the refund may take up to 30 days. All clients of Co 4 You acknowledge and agree that no claims, suits, class actions or recompense of any kind, will be sought for refunds agreed to or, refusal by Co 4 You to provide said refund.
